What's your seating capacity?   180 Guests

Do you allow outside caterers? Yes, you can cook your own or hire any caterer

Can I bring my own liquor? Yes, just need someone over 21 to serve and follow basic guidelines

What do I need to reserve the venue? $500 will secure your wedding date

what's the payment schedule? $500.00 when you sign, $1.000.00 after 60 days and balance up to 60 prior.

Do you have onsite parking? Yes we have 2 parking options at the ranch

Is there a clean-up fee? No, you just need to remove the items you brought with you

What time can we come in? The bridal suites and barn will be available at 8am on wedding day

Do we have to use your prefered vendors? No, we recommend them, but it's only optional

Can I set up or do a rehearsal a day before? Unfortunately our schedule does not allow it.

What time does it need to end? Music stops at 10pm and lights out at 11pm

Do you have AC in the barn? No, only ceeling fans and portable heaters. We do have AC in the kitchen and bridal suites and kitchen

What's your cancelation policy? dates canceled by the client will not be refundable, dates can be reschule due to  force majeure events include natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy).
