What's your seating capacity?

Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes, you can cook your own or hire any caterer
Can I bring my own liquor?
Yes, just need someone over 21 to serve and follow basic guidelines
Whats your payment schedule?
$500.00 due at signing (date is officially reserved)
$1.000.00 due in 60 days
$1.000.00 due in 120 days
$1.000.00 due in 180 days (does not apply for micro-weddings)
Balance paid 60 days prior to the wedding
Do we have to use your prefered vendors?
No, but we can recommend some upon request
What time can we come in?
The bridal suites will be available at 8am on wedding day and for Weekdays and Micro Weddings 10am
Is there a clean-up fee?
No, you just need to remove the items you brought with you
What's your cancelation policy?
Dates canceled by the client will not be refundable, dates can be reschule by the venue due to force majeure events include natural disasters (fire, storms, floods), governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy).
What time does it need to end?
Music stops at 10pm and lights out at 11pm (Micro and weekdays 9pm)
Can I set up or do a rehearsal a day before?
Unfortunately our schedule does not allow it.
Do you have AC in the barn?
No, we have powerfull ceeling fans and portable heaters. We do have AC in the kitchen and bridal suites.
Do I need event insurance?
We highly recomend, it will cost from $150 to $250 and can be purchased online HERE
